Volkswagen's upcoming ID.2is expected to have design elements from the ID.3, including LED headlights, clamshell bonnet, and designer alloy wheels.

The Volkswagen ID.2's interioris under wraps, but it is expectedto have ambient lighting, a digital instrument cluster, and a touchscreen infotainment panel.

Volkswagen has not yet disclosed technical specifications for the ID.2. However, it should have an electric motor and an all-new LFP battery pack.

Volkswagen will likely announcethe pricing and availability detailsof the upcoming ID.2, sometime in late 2023. It will rival Kia EV6 and Hyundai IONIQ 5.
