Volkswagen ID. Buzz LWB version arrives

What's special?

The Volkswagen ID. Buzz is a spiritual successor to the iconic Type 2 Bus model from the 1950s. Now, in its long-wheelbase avatar, the van offers a more practical and spacious cabin.

Design

The new Volkswagen ID. Buzz has a boxy silhouette and features a two-tone paint scheme, adaptive LED headlamps, sliding-style doors, flared wheel arches, and wrap-around LED taillamps.

Interiors

Volkswagen ID. Buzz long-wheelbase offers 5-7 seat configurations, sustainable upholstery, a panoramic roof, an AR head-up display, and a touchscreen infotainment panel.

Powertrain

Volkswagen ID. Buzz is now available with an 82kWh or a 91kWh battery. The EV is powered by an electric motor that develops 282hp/560Nm. The setup promises a range of up to 482km per charge.

Performance

Unlike the standard model, the ID. Buzz's long-wheelbase variant gets a 200kW DC fast-charging capability. This allows the 91kWh battery pack to charge from 10-80% in just 25 minutes.
