Homegrown automaker Maruti Suzuki plans to launch three new ICE vehicles, including Swift, Dzire, and a 7-seater SUV, within the next two years.
The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Swift will feature a 1.2-liter Z12E engine and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for improved safety of the passengers.
In a similar vein, the upcoming Dzire is preparing for a hybrid makeover with ADAS features. Both Swift and Dzire are expected to hit the market around the same time.
The 7-seater SUV will compete with Tata Safari and Mahindra XUV700, possibly based on the upcoming Toyota Corolla Cross-based model.
The eVX production model is confirmed for a 2025 launch, giving rise to a Toyota derivative with an impressive range of over 550km on a single charge.
