TVS Creon e-scooter teased in India

What's special?

With the Creon, TVS Motor Company wants to expand its EV portfolio in India and take on sporty models like the Ather 450X. It should witness decent sales.

Design

The TVS Creon electric scooter will boast an aluminum frame, futuristic design, TFT cluster with GPS, smartphone charger, under-seat storage, and diamond-cut alloy wheels.

Performance

The Creon might run on a 12kW electric motor mated to three Lithium-ion battery packs. The scooter may sprint from 0-60km/h in five seconds and deliver a range of 80km per charge.

Safety

The TVS Creon electric scooter is expected to feature disc brakes, single-channel ABS, regenerative braking, park assist, three riding modes, telescopic forks, and a mono-shock rear suspension.

Price

The pricing details of the TVS Creon will be disclosed at its launch event next month. The two-wheeler is expected to sport a price figure of around Rs. 1.3 lakh (ex-showroom).
