Design
BYD Seagull EV has a sculpted hood, angular projector LED headlights with integrated DRLs, a closed-off grille, a wide air dam, blacked-out B-pillars, ORVMs, a "floating roof" design, and alloy wheels.

Seagull EV has a length of 3,780mm, a width of 1,715mm, a height of 1,540mm, and a wheelbase of 2,500mm. It bridges the gap between a compact city roundabout and a subcompact car.

Interiors
The Seagull features a dual-tone dashboard, a flat-bottomed steering wheel, a full-color 5.0-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 12.8-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system.

Performance
Powering the BYD Seagull is a 74hp, front-mounted electric motor that is linked to a 30kWh sodium-ion battery pack or a 38kWh blade-type LFP battery pack. It has a claimed range of 405km.
