Tata Nexon (facelift) details disclosed

Tata Nexon (facelift) to debut soon

Tata Motors gears up to launch the 2023 Nexon in India, featuring new gearbox options for its 1.2-liter petrol engine.

Design

The refreshed Nexon will draw design inspiration from the Tata CURVV concept and will feature a new split-headlamp setup, full-width LED taillight, and refreshed dual-tone alloy wheels.

Performance

The compact SUV will be offered with a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol and a 1.5-liter turbo-diesel motor. Transmission duties will be handled by a 5-/6-speed manual, 6-speed AMT, and a 7-speed DCT gearbox.

Interiors

Inside, the redesigned dashboard will house a larger 10.25-inch infotainment system, a touch-based AC panel, a fully digital instrument cluster, and a backlit two-spoke steering wheel.

Expectation

In India, the Tata Nexon (facelift) is set for launch in mid-September. Given the extensive updates, we expect it to start at around Rs. 8.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
