Royal Enfield Sherpa 650 to debut soon

Royal Enfield is set to expand its Indian portfolio with the Sherpa 650. A camouflaged near-production-ready mule was spotted doing test runs recently.

Design

The upcoming Royal Enfield Sherpa 650 will feature a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a round LED headlamp unit, a single-piece ribbed-pattern seat, and tough-looking wire-spoked wheels.

Performance

The Royal Enfield Sherpa 650 will be powered by a 648cc parallel-twin engine, producing 47hp/52Nm, and feature a 6-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch.

Safety

The Royal Enfield Sherpa 650 will feature disc brakes on both wheels, dual-channel ABS, inverted front forks, and dual rear shock absorbers for enhanced safety and handling.

Pricing

Royal Enfield Sherpa 650, set to launch in India by late 2023, will likely be the most affordable 650cc bike. It will be priced at around Rs. 3 lakh (ex-showroom) on our shores.
