Ola S1 Air launched

Ola Electric has launched its most affordable model, the S1 Air, in India. The EV retains the design from its siblings, S1 and S1 Pro, but gets black cladding and steel wheels.

Design

Ola S1 Air flaunts a smiley-shaped LED headlight, an indicator-mounted front apron, a flat-type seat with a grab rail, 12-inch steel wheels, and a 7.0-inch TFT touchscreen instrument cluster.

Performance

The S1 Air is backed by a 4.5kW motor linked to a 2.5kWh battery. The setup delivers a range of 100km. The scooter sprints from 0-40km/h in 4.3 seconds and hits a top speed of 85km/h.

Safety

In terms of rider safety, the S1 Air is equipped with drum brakes on both the front and rear wheels, along with a CBS for better braking performance. It also gets three riding modes.

Price

In India, Ola Electric has launched the S1 Air EV at Rs. 84,999 (ex-showroom). The affordable electric scooter can be booked online via the official website.
