Honda recalls over 750,000 cars in US

Honda's recall

Honda is recalling over 750,000 vehicles in the US due to potential airbag malfunctions linked to front passenger seat weight sensors.

Affected models

The recall affects certain Honda Accord, Pilot, Civic, Passport, and CR-V units produced between 2020 and 2022.

Previous recall

This follows a December 2023 recall of 4.5 million vehicles worldwide for fuel pump failure risks.

GM's tailgate glitch

Additionally, General Motors is recalling 323,000 cars in the US over a tailgate glitch in certain pick-up trucks.
