Hero MotoCorp teases new 440cc bike

All-new Hero motorcycle to debut soon

Hero MotoCorp, India's largest bikemaker, plans to launch a 440cc motorcycle on January 22, targeting riders seeking comfort, command, and bold appearance.

Design

Drawing inspiration from Yamaha MT-01 and Harley-Davidson X 440, the new bike will feature a unique retro-neo roadster design.

Performance

Equipped with a 440cc engine, it will likely deliver 27hp of power at 6,000rpm and 38Nm of peak torque at 4,000rpm. The motor would be paired with a six-speed gearbox.

Safety

It will ensure rider safety with disc brakes on both wheels, along with dual-channel ABS, inverted front forks, and dual rear shock absorbers.

Pricing

Pricing and availability of the all-new roadster model will be disclosed by Hero MotoCorp at the launch event, with an expected cost of around Rs. 2 lakh (ex-showroom).
