Electric pickup unveiled

Ford has unveiled the F-150 Lightning Switchgear, an electric pick-up truck excelling in off-road and on-road performance.

Off-road features

The off-road version features Fox 3.0 shocks, custom suspension, and 37-inch tires for increased ground clearance.

On-road configuration

Meanwhile, the on-road configuration swaps for 20-inch wheels, street-friendly tires, and a lower ride height.

Showcasing

Ford showcased only the off-road version of the enhanced Lightning at the Ford Performance 2024 kickoff in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Debut

The Lightning Switchgear is set to appear at the King of the Hammers event in Johnson Valley, California in late January.
