Drako Dragon launched

Drako Motors has launched the high-performance Dragon electric SUV in the US. The car looks futuristic with an aggressive front fascia and is backed by a 2,000hp, quad-motor setup.

Design

Drako Dragon has a sculpted bonnet with a massive air scoop, swept-back LED headlights, a front air splitter, a raked windscreen, cameras in place of ORVMs, and wrap-around "Gull Wing" doors.

Performance

Drako Dragon is powered by a quad-motor setup (2,000hp). The setup can propel the EV from 0-96km/h in just 1.9 seconds. Its in-house designed battery pack promises a range of up to 676km.

Interior

Drako Dragon has five seats, a dual-tone dashboard, a panoramic sunroof, a wireless charger, ambient lighting, a flat-bottom steering wheel, and a 17.1-inch touchscreen infotainment panel.

Price

In the US market, the Drako Dragon will set you back by $290,000 (approximately Rs. 2.36 crore). The luxury EV can be booked online and deliveries are expected to commence by early 2026.
