BMW 7 Series Protection debuts in India

Armored 7 Series

BMW has introduced the armored 7 Series Protection car in India, featuring VR9 armor, motorized doors, and a self-sealing fuel tank.

Hybrid engine

The vehicle houses a 4.4-liter, eight-cylinder petrol engine with 48V mild-hybrid technology, reaching a top speed of 210km/h.

Run-flat tires

It rides on 20-inch light alloy wheels with Michelin-made run-flat tires, allowing travel up to 30km at 80km/h after total tire pressure loss.

Tech features

The car includes BMW iDrive, ConnectedDrive technology, and luxury amenities like a Bowers & Wilkins audio system and heated seats.

Cost

Prices start at Rs. 10 crore, with special permission from the Union Home Ministry required for purchase.
