Bestselling 300-500cc bikes in October

Market growth of 6.67%

India's 300cc-500cc motorcycle market saw a 6.67% YoY increase in October this year, with Royal Enfield dominating the top five models list.

Royal Enfield dominates

The Royal Enfield Classic 350 cruiser led with a 34.53% market share in India, followed by the Hunter 350, Bullet 350, and Meteor 350.

Triumph 400 is popular

Triumph Motorcycles's newly launched Triumph 400 captured a 3.19% market share in October 2023, selling 3,408 units.

Harley sales surge

Mixed results were seen for other motorcycles in this segment, with the Harley-Davidson X440 experiencing a massive MoM sales surge of 13761.11% (2,495 units up from just 18).

Comparing month-on-month (MoM) sales, there was a 10.86% increase in October 2023 with 92,376 units sold, compared to September's 83,329 units.
