2024 Volkswagen ID.3 breaks cover

Volkswagen has unveiled the 2024 iteration of its popular EV, the ID.3. The electric hatchback features a minor facelift. It is offered with 58kWh and 77kWh battery pack options.

Design

The 2024 Volkswagen ID.3 flaunts a sculpted clamshell-style hood, sweptback projector LED headlights, full-width LED DRLs with an illuminated logo, a closed-off grille, and redesigned bumpers.

Performance

The 2024 Volkswagen ID.3 is backed by a 201hp/310Nm rear-mounted electric motor that is paired with a 58kWh or 77kWh battery pack. The former promises 426km, while the latter can do up to 546km.

Interiors

The 2024 Volkswagen ID.3 features a minimalist dual-tone dashboard design, premium upholstery made using sustainably-sourced materials, and a new 12.9-inch touchscreen infotainment panel.

Price

The details regarding the pricing of the 2024 ID.3 will be disclosed by Volkswagen at its launch event, sometime in late 2023. We expect the EV to carry a premium over the outgoing model.
