2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA debuts in India

GLA's India launch

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA has debuted in India, featuring minor design updates and a tech-enhanced cabin, with prices starting at Rs. 50.50 lakh.

Design

Sporting new adaptive headlamp units, revised bumper, and updated taillamps, the SUV is available in three trims.

Cabin enhancements

Inside, enhancements include a new AMG-spec steering wheel, carbon fiber-like dashboard insert, and upgraded MBUX software with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.

Engine options

Under the hood, the GLA offers a choice of a 1.3-liter turbo-petrol engine or a 2.0-liter turbo-diesel engine, with the latter featuring Mercedes's 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system.

The premium mid-size SUV competes with rivals such as the BMW X1, Audi Q3, and Volvo XC40 in the Indian market.
