2024 KTM 1290 Super Adventure debuts

KTM reveals 2024 1290 Super Adventure

KTM unveiled the 1290 Super Adventure line-up with MY-2024 upgrades, featuring new paint schemes. It retains the 1,301cc, 158hp V-twin LC8 engine.

Design

The 2024 1290 Super Adventure models sit on a powder-coated, chrome-molybdenum tubular frame and flaunt a semi-fairing, an all-LED lighting setup, and either wire-spoked or rugged-type alloy wheels.

Performance

Both bikes boast a 1,301cc, liquid-cooled, V-twin, LC8 engine that generates 158hp of maximum power. The mill is linked to a six-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch and a quickshifter.

Safety

To ensure the safety of the rider, the KTM 1290 Super Adventure comes equipped with disc brakes on both wheels, cornering ABS, traction control, a ride-by-wire throttle, and adjustable suspensions.

Expectation

Pricing and availability for the MY-2024 1290 Super Adventure models are yet to be announced. We expect both variants to carry a premium over the current generation models.
