2024 Kawasaki Z650RS debuts in India

Kawasaki has introduced the 2024 Z650RS in India at Rs. 6.99 lakh, featuring an IMU-based traction control system with two modes.

Design

It sports a circular headlamp, twin analog dials with a digital center display, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, an underbelly exhaust, a wide handlebar, and a sleek tail section with an LED taillamp.

Performance

The neo-retro motorcycle boasts a 649cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that generates 67hp of maximum power at 8,000 rpm and a peak torque output of 64Nm at 6,700 rpm.

Safety

To ensure the safety of the rider, the Z650RS comes equipped with Brembo disc brakes, Showa suspension setup, cornering dual-channel ABS, and traction control system.

Pricing

Kawasaki has launched the 2024 Z650RS with a price tag of Rs. 6.99 lakh. Its competitors include Moto Morini SEIEMMEZZO, Benelli Leoncino 500, Triumph Street Twin, and Ducati Scrambler 800.
