Yamaha has revealed the 2023 R125in Europe. The bike sports the new design language seen on the R15 V4, with radical bodywork. It runs on a 125cc, liquid-cooled mill with VVA.
Design
Yamaha R125 flaunts an 11-liter fuel tank, a 'Double Bubble' windscreen,a clip-on handlebar, split-type seats,a bi-LED headlamp, a 5.0-inch TFT instrument cluster, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Engine
The R125 draws power from a125cc, liquid-cooled, 4-valve, engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA). The mill generates 14.6hp/11.5Nm. Transmission duties are handled bya 6-speed gearbox.
Safety
In terms of rider safety, the R125is equipped with disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels, along with dual-channel ABS and traction control for better ride and handling characteristics.
Price
The pricing details of the 2023 Yamaha R125 are yet to be disclosed. However, we expect it to carry a premium over the current model, which retails at £5,000 (Rs. 4.62 lakh) in the UK.
