Naidu addresses Indians in Malta, hails contribution in bilateral ties

Vice President Venkaiah Naidu yesterday interacted with the Indian diaspora in Malta and hailed their contribution in strengthening India's relations with the Southern European island country.
Naidu arrived in Valletta, capital of Malta, from Serbia, where he addressed the Parliament and held bilateral talks with Serbia's top leadership.
Notably, this year also marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of India-Serbia diplomatic relations.

Upon his arrival in Malta yesterday, the Vice President was warmly received by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion of Malta, Carmelo Abela. Naidu is on an eight-day visit to Serbia, Malta, and Romania to boost ties with these European countries.
