Plane with 40 people onboard crashes in Siberia

What's the story
An II-18 aicraft crashed in the Bulunsky district of Siberia's Yakutia on Monday; there were 32 passengers and 7 crew members onboard. According to a law enforcement source, "The plane which flew from the Koltsovo airport in Yekaterinburg crashed 27 kilometers from the Tiksi village." Currently, victims are being evacuated and 7 survivors have been taken to a hospital.
