Pornstar Stormy Daniels claims Trump threatened her, compared to daughter
Pornstar Stormy Daniels bared all about her alleged affair with US President Donald Trump on primetime TV, and it was cringeworthy in several ways. Trump reportedly compared her to his daughter when they were having sex, and though weird, the world knows he's obsessed with Ivanka. But Stormy also revealed threats to her life from Trump, and experts agree that she's "risking a lot."
How the scandal broke, what has happened since
In January, reports surfaced that Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen had paid Stormy $130,000 to keep silent about an alleged 2006 affair, which she said happened. Several incidents seemingly vindicated her claims: Cohen admitted he paid her, and a 2011 polygraph test she took had backed her. But when Trump's team threatened her for revealing details, she sued him, saying there was "no written non-disclosure-agreement."
Stormy admits affair was consensual, and she had her reasons
Appearing on '60 Minutes' yesterday, Stormy provided the intimate details. They met during the American Century Championship at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course in July'16. Trump (son Baron was born to wife Melania in March) propositioned to Stormy, and she consented. One reason she stayed in touch with him is because she thought he would get her on 'The Apprentice,' a popular reality-show, she admits.
The self-obsessed man was impressed by the 'smart, beautiful' woman
In their room, he kept "talking about himself," she remembered. "I was like, does this normally work for you?" When he looked surprised, she said: "Someone should take that magazine and spank you with it." And she did. While the future president dropped his pants and remained in his underwear. Then he became "a completely different person," she said, and stopped talking about himself.
'You remind me of my daughter'
Stormy recalls how Trump was impressed with her because she was "like his daughter." "'Wow, you, you are special. You remind me of my daughter,'" he told her. "He's like, 'You're smart, beautiful and a woman to be reckoned with'."
And then came threats of physical harm
But in 2011, when there was no NDA and she had agreed to reveal the story, she was waylaid by a man in a parking lot when she was with her infant daughter. "Leave Trump alone. Forget the story," he warned. Then he looked at her kid and said, "That's a beautiful little girl. It'd be a shame if something happened to her mom."
Don't want to be called a liar, Stormy says
After the story broke in January, Stormy signed a document denying any affair. But that was because threats continued, though not physical violence, she said. "The exact sentence was: 'They can make your life hell in many ways.'" She says she's only speaking out now to set the record straight and doesn't want to be called a liar. The saga is likely to continue.
