Sidhu Moosewala murder mastermind Goldy Brar killed in US: Report
Goldy Brar, the prime suspect in the murder case of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, has been killed in the United States, according to local media reports. However, an official confirmation is awaited on his death. The incident reportedly took place on Tuesday evening at an intersection in California. To recall, Brar was declared a terrorist by the Union Home Ministry on January 1, 2024.
Details of the fatal shooting incident emerge
The fatal shooting involving Brar took place around 5:25pm outside a residence. Unidentified individuals reportedly opened fire on Brar and an associate before swiftly fleeing the scene. Following the attack, both victims were immediately transported to a nearby hospital where Brar later succumbed to his injuries. According to reports, rival gang members Arsh Dalla and Lakhbir have claimed responsibility for the attack on Brar, citing ongoing disputes between them.
Rival gang members claim responsibility for Brar's death
The tension between these factions reportedly heightened following Moose wala's murder in Jawaharke village of Mansa on May 29, 2022. Initially, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for Moose Wala's murder. However, Brar later admitted to the crime during a televised interview where he said that Moose Wala's alleged role in the killing of Lawrence's associate, Vicky Midukhera, compelled him to carry out the crime.
