Shahid Afridi, why do you have a chained-lion at home?
What's the story
Scrolling through social media, one can generally expect to come across mind-boggling stuff. But then there are some things which are completely incomprehensible.
Case in point: Shahid Afridi, who has a lion and deer at his home, and just casually hangs out with them.
The former Pakistani cricketer posted pictures on social media, and we have a lot of feelings about it.
Twitter Post
First things first: Here's the picture he posted
Great to spend time with loved ones. Best feeling in the world to have my daughter copy my wicket taking celebrations. And yes don't forget to take care of animals, they too deserve our love and care :) pic.twitter.com/CKPhZd0BGD

Why, why, why?
He's 'taking care' of animals by chaining them. Yes, right
Posting these pictures on social media, Afridi called for taking care of animals and showed how to feed a deer (from a bottle meant for human babies!).
But by keeping animals away from their natural habitat, how is Afridi taking care of them is a question for science fiction writers.
Keeping a lion in chains while his daughter just roams about, so not cool!
The comments
Many users on Facebook remind Afridi he crossed a line
Afridi's 17-hour-old post was soon flooded with comments.
A Facebook user Omama Akber wrote: "EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! You should know that a lion is not a domestic pet!! IT'S NOT A PET AND IT SHOULD NOT BE CHAINED IN A HOUSE."
Abdul Rahman Tariq commented: "Don't forget to take care of animals.. by putting a chain in their necks and making them miserable pets."

A journalist on Twitter had the same question
Where is this? Come how there are wild animals in unnatural environment? Isnit legal?

Do you know?
Lala, show some respect to animals, let them go
Dear Lala, your fans may be screaming about how amazing it is that you have a chained lion when in reality, it's not. And we are not even talking about the risks involved. It would be for the best to let the animals go.
