Mark Zuckerberg welcomes second daughter August with wife Priscilla
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg took to his favorite social media platform yesterday to welcome his second daughter with wife Priscilla Chan. Elder daughter Max was born in 2015. Like after Max's birth, when he wrote a letter about the kind of world he wishes her to have, he welcomed daughter August with a similar post, "and also hoping she doesn't grow up too fast".

Zuckerberg says that for Max, he wrote about a better world "with better education, fewer diseases, stronger communities, and greater equality", but this time, "we want to talk about childhood". He advises her to "smell the flowers", "read your favorite Dr. Seuss books", "ride the carousel with Max", "run as many laps around our living room and yard" and "take a lot of naps".
Zuckerberg plans to take two months off for August
Zuckerberg would be taking two months of paternal leave - one month now and one month later this year. Facebook allows its employees 4 months of paid parental leave.
