Hafiz Saeed talks about Kashmir's independence, praises stone pelters
At a gathering in Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium, Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Saeed called for violence in Kashmir, supported stone pelters and claimed the Valley will be united with Pakistan. The mastermind responsible for 26/11 attacks went on to say that Prime Minister Narendra Modi can't stop 'this new era in Kashmir'. Saeed said he wanted to make Pakistan a nation where Muslims would feel protected.
They fought Indian Army's bullets with stones, said Hafiz Saeed
Addressing a public-gathering, Saeed expressed his support for stone pelters in Kashmir who 'fought' Indian Army's bullets. "Even when they are dying they still speak of the unity of Pakistan and Kashmir," Saeed said. He added they worked to fulfill Allah's wish. "This is the new era of Kashmir, and this (Indian Prime Minister) Modi cannot stop it," said Hafiz Saeed.
Further, Hafiz Saeed said Kashmir's independence is God's wish
"God almighty is watching, He will deliver His verdict, because all the decisions come from the Heaven and not from Washington. The decisions that come from the heaven get cemented on the world and Kashmir will be freed," said Hafiz Saeed.
Hafiz Saeed spoke about making Pakistan 'citadel of Islam'
Saeed's son and son-in-law will be contesting in the general elections on July 25 in Pakistan. In the campaign, Hafiz Saeed spoke about creating Pakistan 'a citadel of Islam'. "We are preparing that, we are the only Islamic Nuclear state in the world capable of leading the entire Muslim world," Saeed said. Notably, Hafiz Saeed is still roaming free, despite having multiple terror charges.
