As Iran rains missiles on Israel, Indian Embassy issues advisory
Amid rising tensions in Middle East, the Indian Embassy in Israel has urged all Indian nationals to remain alert and adhere to safety guidelines provided by local authorities. This advisory came shortly after Iran threatened retaliation against Israel, following the reported death of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in an Israeli missile strike. Shortly after issuing the threat, Iran fired over 180 missiles at Israel. Israeli defense forces confirmed that residents were already taking refuge in bunkers amid the missile barrage.
Why does this story matter?

Iran, following the death of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah last week, has vowed retaliation and warned Israel of an impending missile strike. Nasrallah's killing has heightened tensions, leading Iran to threaten a ballistic missile assault in response to the strike, signaling a further escalation in the region.
What the advisory says
