Shocking! Teenager inserts 39 magnet-balls inside penis 'out of curiosity'
Curiosity is known to be a trait of intelligent people, but it can also serve as a double-edged sword if your intentions are imbecile. Like this 12-year-old schoolboy in China, who 'out of curiosity', shoved a string of 39 magnet balls inside his penis recently. As obvious, it caused Xiaorui difficulty in peeing and the balls were later removed surgically. Here's his stomach-churning story.
Boy admitted to hospital after complaining about abdominal pain
The Wuhan-based young lad was reportedly 'curious' how it would feel to insert the magnet balls, also known as 'buckyballs', inside his private part. So he followed his instincts which made him stuff the balls inside his penis up to his urethra. Later, he was admitted to Wuhan Children's Hospital as he complained about abdominal pain and discomfort while peeing.
Boy lied to doctor saying he "swallowed some foreign objects"
On January 13, when the boy was admitted to the hospital, he reportedly told the doctor that he "swallowed some foreign objects". Doctors initially believed it was possible for a kid to swallow such objects while playing. However, the urologist, Dr. Wang Jun, after seeing the X-ray images, was shocked to discover 39 magnet balls trapping the teenage boy's urinary tract.
'It's impossible to pull balls out as alignment would change'
X-ray images showed the magnet balls lodged neatly in a 'U' shape inside the boy's genitals. Dr. Wang then realized that the boy didn't swallow but shoved the "foreign" objects deep inside his private parts. Dr. Wang told media, "It's impossible to pull the magnet balls out. The alignment of the balls would change if you try to pull it out along the tract."
Boy is now able to urinate, is recovering at hospital
Fortunately, doctors were able to bring out all the balls from the boy's penis after performing a minimally invasive surgery. Also, the boy is now able to urinate and is recovering in the hospital.
