England's Marcus Rashford
Rashford made a name for himself quickly in English football. His pace and accurate finishing make him one of England's biggest assets in Russia. The 20-year-old scored on his Manchester United as well as England debut. We expect him to be at his best on his World Cup debut. In 58 appearances, he has managed 15 goals and 6 assists.
Spain's Marco Asensio
22-year-old Marco Asensio is one of the brightest talents to come out of Spain. Former Real Madrid manager Zidane spoke highly of the youngster and even said Asensio has the best left foot in the world after Messi. In 51 appearances this season, he has racked up 9 goals and 7 assists. He was chosen for Spain ahead of Pedro, Fabregas and Mata.
Brazil's Gabriel Jesus
21-year-old Brazil striker Gabriel Jesus will be the one to watch for in Russia. He may be young but his goal-scoring ability is no less than any seasoned striker. He has been highly impressive at City forcing Pep Guardiola to give him a starting berth ahead of Sergio Aguero. In 43 appearances, he has scored 19 goals and provided 3 assists.
France's Kylian Mbappe
This 19-year-old took football by storm and cost PSG a whopping €180 million. His pace and trickery make his one of the biggest threats in Russia. With the likes of Pogba and Griezmann setting up goals for Mbappe, don't be surprised if he finishes at the tournament's top scorer. In 46 appearances, the French star has bagged 23 goals and 11 assists.
Germany's Leroy Sane
Just 20, he is a regular for the world champions. The Premier League's young player of the year Sane has excelled under the tutelage of Guardiola at City.
