WWE: Five possible mystery partners for Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns is, currently, in a tag-team situation. However, he is struggling to find a proper partner. A mystery partner is lurking for him on Raw next week, but, it is his opponent Shane McMahon who gets to decide his partner. So, with the odds being against his favor, let us analyze who that mystery partner could be for him.
Is Reigns set to Walk With Elias?
Notably, Elias was supposed to be Vince McMahon's top pick during the Superstar Shake-up. However, Reigns crashed the party, which has since infuriated Shane. The chances are Shane could allow Elias to team up with Reigns, who would indirectly work for Shane. As a result, we might get to witness a 3-on-1 handicap match.
Reigns to tag with The Lone Wolf?
While Baron Corbin is already involved in a feud with reigning Universal Champion Seth Rollins, he is an ally of Shane. Also, with Reigns and Rollins being old buddies, Shane could definitely pick Corbin as the mystery partner and play a double game by costing him the match. This could also lead to Seth's involvement in the match, leading to a mini Shield re-union.
A mini Shield re-union on the cards
It could also be the other way around, as Shane could allow Rollins to tag with his old buddy Reigns. However, things won't go as smooth as it sounds. Shane is certain to use his evil intentions and could allow Corbin to crash the party by taking Rollins out even before the match gets underway, leaving Reigns stranded once again.
One or all members of The Revival
Shane could also allow a member or both from The Revival to team up with Reigns for the night. However, the twist is even they are allies of Shane. Shane can even make this a 3-on-1 handicap match. However, it would indirectly become a 4-on-1 against Reigns. Nonetheless, in that case, the cousins of Reigns, The Usos could interfere to help him win.
Let him in
Former world champion Bray Wyatt has been teasing his return for almost three months now, while his toy puppets seem to be making an appearance on both the shows. Also, while he has been giving hints on social media that he could team up with Reigns, he is babyface right now. Thus, he could also work for Shane indirectly, costing Reigns the match.
