WWE: Preview and last-minute predictions for Clash of Champions 2019
WWE's next pay-per-view would be the return of Clash of Champions, scheduled to take place on Sunday, at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The specialty of this event is that every championship in WWE is defended on the show. That is why, the show is studded with action-packed matches and promises to be a thriller, as we present the predictions.
Rollins and Strowman struggle to be on the same page!
Seth Rollins is the current Universal champion. However, he also has the Raw Tag-Team title along with Braun Strowman, while the latter is also a challenger for the Universal Championship on this show. Things look confusing indeed. And it could get chaotic, especially, if they fail to be on the same page against challengers Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode. Prediction: Ziggler and Roode win.
A new look Bayley looks to upset The Queen
Bayley has been on a roll ever since she won the Women's Championship by cashing the Money in the Bank on Charlotte Flair. While it has been quite some time since it happened, once again the action will take place between them. Bayley is currently a babyface, as it has certainly shocked everyone. Will it be enough to dethrone the Queen? Prediction: Bayley retains.
Can Becky Lynch overcome a relentless heel Sasha Banks?
Now, this is interesting. No one expected Sasha Banks to return as a heel, but she has certainly made an impact against The Man, Becky Lynch. While Becky never backs down from a fight, she would be up for the fight of her life against a new heel. Moreover, WWE could also think of pitting Banks against Bayley at Survivor Series. Prediction: Banks wins.
Is Randy Orton prepared for his 14th world title reign?
Kofi Kingston is having the time of his life as the WWE Champion, while the WWE Universe is still vocal about his support. Having overcome a number of top challenges, he is up against a lethal Randy Orton, who can be savage. Moreover, it's about time we get to see a 14th, but vicious, world title reign from Orton. Prediction: Orton wins.
Is Rollins up for the fight of his life?
As we said above, Rollins and Strowman are likely to struggle to get on the same page in the Tag-Team contest. This could very well impact this match, where a higher prize is at stake. While Rollins would look to retain the Universal Championship at any cost, Strowman would leave no stone unturned for his maiden title win. Prediction: Rollins retains.
Roman Reigns wants to extract revenge
Roman Reigns has been enduring a troubled life, after a couple of life-threatening attempts on him. With the attacker revealed to be Erick Rowan, Reigns would like to teach him the lesson of his life. While Daniel Bryan is no longer Rowan's ally, chances are he could help Reigns in picking up the win, or he could twist the plot. Prediction: Rowan wins.
