WWE superstars put their bodies on line to perform to the best of their abilities and entertain the fans. As a result, they are often involved in a brutal feud against other top stars in the promotion. However, these superstars are human beings, and on several occasions, a few of their top rivals are their best friends, as we take a look at some.
Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle
Many of us believe and it is a fact that Brock Lesnar does not have many friends in WWE, as he does not socialize much compared to other WWE superstars. However, he does have someone who has always had his back, and it's WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle. Nonetheless, their rich rivalry between 2003-2004 was cherished by all and would never be forgotten.
Sasha Banks and Bayley
WWE Universe knows that Sasha Banks and Bayley are best of friends to date. From being baby-faces together to turning heels, they have been together on almost every occasion. But, whenever they have faced each other in the ring, they have certainly exploded. While they are yet to properly feud in the main roster, their rivalry in NXT was entertaining.
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn
Again, these two wrestlers have been best of friends since childhood. They even walked the curtails of pro-wrestling all the way together. However, every time they go head-to-head in the ring, they seem to forget about their friendship. Further, they have displayed a rich rivalry in the best possible manner. If you ask us, they certainly deserve an award.
Triple H and Shawn Michaels
Triple H and Shawn Michaels have been best friends ever since they started wrestling in WWE. As a result, they formed a successful Tag-Team stable, DX. However, for a particular storyline, both hated each other so bad that they brutally beat each other up. As blood flowed down their skulls, they displayed an epic rivalry, which fans enjoyed all the way.
Lita and Trish Stratus
Undoubtedly, the best pair on the list, as Lita and Trish Stratus took their rivalry to a whole new level. While they are best friends since forever, no one can forget their rivalry in the mid-2000s, when they just tore each other apart for the Women's Championship. With sheer athleticism to in-ring performance, fans cherish it even to date.
