WrestleMania 35: Five possible surprise appearances that could happen
It is less than a week to go for WrestleMania 35 as WWE is all geared up to put up a spectacular show. One of the highlights of WrestleMania is its tendency to pull off surprise appearances by former superstars. The same can be expected this year as well. Here we analyze five of the surprise appearances which might happen this year.
The rise of The Dead Man again
Considered as one of the icons of WrestleMania, the Grandest Stage is incomplete without The Dead Man. Having a winning streak of 24-2 at the show, Undertaker defines WrestleMania. Although he is not in a proper physical condition to wrestle, WWE might have something planned for him. It would most likely be a cameo appearance as he might interrupt performance of Elias.
A glimpse of the leader of Cenation
John Cena has also been a part of every WrestleMania since his debut. Therefore, it won't be any different this time. Although Cena is not scheduled for any match, he might well make an appearance at the show and deliver an open challenge. The challenge could also be up against the Undertaker, as Cena lost a quick one last year, while he eyes payback.
Will WrestleMania become Electrifying?
Truly, Rock is one of the beloved WWE superstars to date. Busy in Hollywood, he hardly features in WWE these days. But, he can't be ruled out when it comes to WrestleMania. Rock is yet to announce his retirement. Therefore, he could be inserted into the match between Batista and Triple H, which would further set up his retirement feud with Hunter next WrestleMania.
The attack of the Texas Rattlesnake
Another former WWE superstar, Stone Cold Steve Austin is sure to make fans go crazy. Moreover, his long-standing feud with Vince McMahon never gets old. Therefore, it is likely that he could target Vince again, who seems hell-bent on not allowing Kofi Kingston to become the WWE champion. Austin could interrupt the match, attacking Vince with the stunner and help Kofi win the championship.
The return of the Voice of the Voiceless
Although it is highly unlikely this would happen, but it would be considered the return of the century. CM Punk left WWE on bad terms, which also involved legal complications between them. However, WWE is known to mend things with its superstars, and it could also do the same with Punk. Further, if he does return, he could go right after Vince himself.
