Bhuvi could be out of action for two-three games: Kohli
"Bhuvi's case looks like a niggle, a case of slipping on the footmarks. It doesn't look too serious at the moment and looks like he could recover in a couple of games from now, maximum of three games," Kohli said during the post-match presentation.
Replacement ready in the form of Shami, feels Kohli
Kohli further said that Bhuvi should recover fully in time. As for his replacement for the next couple of games, Kohli sounded confident as Mohammed Shami is raring to have a crack. "We have got Shami ready and raring to go, so we are not too worried about where the situation stands," Kohli added.
Bhuvneshwar second Indian to get injured after Shikhar Dhawan
Bhuvneshwar became the second Indian to suffer an injury in this edition of the World Cup. Opener Shikhar Dhawan was the first Indian to suffer an injury. He is recovering from a thumb injury as he is expected to be out for the next two-three weeks. Meanwhile, Shami would be playing his first game of the tournament, against Afghanistan on Saturday.
