Harmanpreet Kaur will face a stiff challenge from Jess Jonassen
Harmanpreet Kaur has been having a difficult time of late with her batting. The Indian captain hasn't quite lived up to expectations either in Australia. Jess Jonassen has managed to keep Kaur at bay. The left-arm spinner has also claimed Kaur's wicket three times in her career. So things could be in favor for here are. Kaur will need to be wary of Jonassen.
Deepti Sharma will look to rattle the Australia top order
Australia's openers can get away with things quickly. And that's a challenge for India. For India, Deepti Sharma has been phenomenal against Australia's dynamic duo. She has dismissed Alyssa Healy twice and Beth Mooney three times as well. India will need Deepti to take things under control as the others could be vulnerable. With Meg Lanning at number three, Aussies have solidity on offer.
Indian spinners will aim to spice things up
Lanning and Ashleigh Gardner are excellent players of spin. Either of these two can come in at number three and test the spinners at large. Gardner has scored two half-centuries at No.3 including a 93 against India in the tri-series. Against India, she averages 32.42 and strikes at 135.11. Meanwhile, Lanning is a big match player and will aim to tackle spin well.
