David Moyes and LVG had failed to guide United to success, and it now seems the magic of the 'Special One' is not working at Old Trafford as well. Here are the reasons why United should sack Mourinho immediately.
Mourinho is creating too much chaos in the dressing room
Throughout the years, Mourinho has been accused of creating tension in the dressing room and it seems he has not mended his ways yet. Mourinho has fallen out with a number of United players, and the number will only keep on increasing if he is not relinquished from his duties. Mourinho has developed a strained relationship with Pogba, Marcus, and even Anthony Martial.
Mourinho's tactics are not working
Mourinho was always known for his tactical mind and a habit of snatching away wins when it seemed impossible to do so. However, at United, his tactics are not working at all, and they are losing matches they should have won easily. There is no proper mid-field play, the defense is in shambles, and there is zero creativity while going forward.
Mourinho has spent money without seeing results
Since taking over the reigns of United, Mourinho has spent a good amount of money on acquiring players but he has not been able to extract good performance out of them. Alexis Sanchez is the highest paid player in England and his gameplay can't justify the huge amount United are spending. Since 2016, United have been dishing out large amounts, but without any result.
Failing to get the best out of his players
Manchester United boast of a star-studded squad and should perform much better than what they are doing now. However, not a single United player has able to reach his full potential under Mourinho. His system is not letting the creativity flow, and the game United are playing under Mourinho is ineffective and boring. We feel his stint at United is coming to an end.
