Five unbreakable records of WWE WrestleMania
WWE WrestleMania is the premier pay-per-view event of the company. It is also the world's biggest pro-wrestling show. Records are scripted here, and legends are created that echo through the hallowed history of WWE. Do you know every unbreakable record that has been scripted at the Showcase of the Immortals? If not, we bring to you five of WrestleMania's most impressive feats.
The Undertaker is surely the best WrestleMania performer of all-time
The Undertaker has scripted a host of WrestleMania records. He has been a part of 26 WrestleMania matches, the highest ever in WWE's history. Further, he has won 24 matches, which is another record. He has also appeared in the most number of WrestleManias consecutively (18). The Undertaker should actually be the one who should be called Mr. WrestleMania, and not Shawn Michaels.
Macho Man Randy Savage's record looks unbeatable
Another person who has achieved a unique feat in WrestleMania and whose record will surely not be broken is 'Macho Man' Randy Savage. Savage is the only one to participate in four different WrestleMania matches, in a single edition, and come out victorious in each one of them. These were the knockout matches for the WWE Championship in WrestleMania 4.
HHH has a WrestleMania record he'll not be proud of
Triple H is one of the true legends of the Attitude Era, who played an important role in the rise of WWE. The Game has won numerous titles, but there is one record to his name, he will not be proud of. Triple H has a total of 13 losses at the Grandest Stage of All, with Taker himself inflicting several defeats.
What is Yokozuna's unique record that might not be replicated?
Yokozuna is the only wrestler to win the WWE Championship in WrestleMania and then lose it on the same day. He was up against Bret Hart for the title which he won when his manager threw salt into Hart's eyes. Hogan came out next to challenge him, and when the salt thrown at Hogan hit Yokozuna, Hogan leg-dropped on him and won the title.
John Cena has won the most world championships at WM
John Cena is surely one of the biggest stars WWE has ever produced. His popularity can be seen from the fact that Cena has managed to win four world titles at WrestleMania, the highest anyone has ever achieved. A future star has to have a bigger impact than Cena and be at the top as long as him to achieve this miraculous feat.
