#GamingBytes: 5 best sniping spots in PUBG Miramar
PUBG or PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds offers a tactical military Battle Royale experience. When 100 players try to get the chicken dinner in the competitive environment, players always use their best skills. For those who enjoy camping and sniping, Miramar is a paradise, due to its vast deserted stretches, making spotting enemies incredibly easy. We bring you Miramar's five best sniping locations.
The rambler, the gambler, the best sniper
Pecado is infamous for its abandoned casino. A gigantic multi-storeyed structure, it offers an incredible quality of loot. However, the casino is also a favorite sniper's nest. The unobstructed view, which the top floor windows offer, is great for anyone with a long-range gun and a decent scope. Moreover, windows are small enough to give protection to snipers as they pick off stray enemies.
Run to the hills, run for your lives
Miramar's several mountain peaks offer excellent vantage points. However, the best would be those situated at the southernmost part of Los Leones. For those unaware, Los Leones is the biggest and most contested location. Smart snipers should position themselves on these mountains to pick off enemies searching for loot in the sprawling city or escaping through the mountain passage.
My muzzle's flashing across the sky
I jokingly refer to the church's bell tower near Miramar's graveyard as hell's bells. Anyone lucky enough to nest there has an incredible field of vision. If a sniper is equipped with a good scope, enemies are in for certain death, as the church is surrounded by stretches of open ground. Towards the end of the game, bell tower campers almost always emerge winners.
Maniac, brainiac, winning the game
The Power Grid might look deserted on the map, but its positioning is invaluable. Situated atop rocky mountains, the area provides snipers cover while offering them a generous view of three high action areas in the east, San Martin, Monte Nuevo, and Pecado. Anyone with a good scope could pick off enemies as they loot and exit these areas, while hiding behind the rocks.
Snipers should go where eagles dare
Puerto Paradiso is an often overlooked resort here. However, the relatively small area has an excellent vantage point. The lighthouse in this place gives players a 360-degree view of the southern part of the map if they have a decent scope. A perfect sniper's nest due to the high vantage point, players can use this location to shoot enemies even in Impala.
How to build a sniper's nest
A sniper's nest should ideally give you a great view, cover and always have an escape route planned, instead you getting discovered. Of the places mentioned here, only the lighthouse has a problematic escape route. All other places have great escape routes nearby.
