Danny Welbeck suffers major injury, United players send best wishes
What's the story
Arsenal forward, Danny Welbeck was seriously injured during the match against Sporting Lisbon.
Though Arsenal managed to qualify for the knock-out stages of Europa after drawing their tie against Lisbon, Welbeck's injury has left the Gunners in a spot of bother.
He was taken off-field in a stretcher and has probably broken his ankle.
Players of his former club, Manchester United, have sent regards.

Welbeck's tryst with Manchester United
Welbeck is a product of the Manchester United youth academy, and was associated with the club since he was eight years old.
He played in the Manchester United squad from 2008 to 2014, making 92 appearances and scoring 20 goals.
He was loaned out to Preston North and Sunderland before being sold to Arsenal.
His former team-mates have wished for his speedy recovery.
