AB de Villiers' international comeback relied on IPL performance
The forthcoming IPL season would have brought back the South African star AB de Villiers back into contention. Head coach Mark Boucher hinted at the comeback of AB de Villiers in international cricket, but it was subject to his IPL performance. Boucher advised him to mark his availability for national selection before June 1. De Villiers recently featured in the Big Bash League 2019-20.
