Fourth India vs West Indies ODI shifted from Wankhede

What did MCA ask for the match to be shifted?
It is believed that Mumbai Cricket Association had written to the BCCI stating that its financial situation is in jeopardy as of now. MCA is unable to operate the bank accounts after the Committee of Administrators appointed by the Bombay High Court gave up control of the accounts. MCA is not sure who will now take charge of the finances.

BCCI released a press statement reading, "Under the instructions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India appointed Committee of Administrators, the fourth One-day International match between India and Windies scheduled on October 29 at Wankhede Stadium has been shifted to Cricket Club of India, Mumbai,"
The second ODI also saw a shift of venue
The second ODI was scheduled to be held at the Holkar stadium (Indore) but was moved to Visakhapatnam. The problems arose after the BCCI issued a notice that ten percent of the total passes will be complimentary and the rest would be available to the public. Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association relinquished the hosting rights as it would have been left with only 2,700 passes.
What is the schedule of the ODI series?
The series between India and West Indies will commence at Guwahati (October 21), followed by Visakhapatnam (October 2), Pune (October 27), Mumbai (October 29) and Thiruvananthapuram (November 1).
