Harry Kane inspired Tottenham Hotspur to a 2-0 win over Dinamo Zagreb in their Europa League round of 16 first leg encounter. Erik Lamela played a role in giving Tottenham the lead as he skipped forward and struck a post, with Kane on hand to tap in the rebound midway through the first half. Spurs continued to push forward and Kane eventually gave his side a deserved two-goal lead, slotting home after Kevin Theophile-Catherine's clearance fell straight to him. Gareth Bale had a free-kick saved too.
