Manchester United reach the Europa League final
Manchester United managed to keep the Spanish side Celta Vigo at bay with a 1-1 draw at the Old Trafford, to make it to the Europa League final on a 2-1 aggregate score. Winning Europa League will provide an opportunity to compete in the next season's Champions League for Jose Mourinho's side, who are struggling to make it to the Premier League top four.
First Europa League final for Manchester United

How did the match progress?
Manchester United began the home leg with a 1-0 lead from first leg. While a 17th minute Marouane Fellaini header put United 2-0 ahead on aggregate, Celta Vigo equalized through Facundo Roncaglia in the 85'. Late drama ensued after Facundo and United's Eric Bailly were sent off, reducing both the sides to 10 men, and the Red Devils just about survived the Spanish scare.
Ajax make it to final despite a defeat at Lyon
