Are Barcelona buying back Neymar?
The biggest transfer rumor that has been doing the circles is that Barcelona are keen to bring back Neymar Jr. to Camp Nou. The Brazilian had become the most expensive player in the history of football when he joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2017 for €222 million. Interestingly, Neymar is now unhappy at PSG and both him and Barcelona are willing to join forces again.

It is believed that Neymar's team is already in talks with Barcelona to chalk out a methodology for his transfer. Neymar might also issue a public statement to pacify Barca fans who got angry with his departure. Barcelona, reportedly, also want Neymar to try and convince the PSG authority that it will be better if he leaves for Barcelona.
Mbappe the reason of Neymar's unhappiness?
Kylian Mbappe has been receiving widespread acclaim for his performances from all over the world. It cannot be denied that he is living up to all the hype surrounding him. Neymar believes that his importance in the club is being undermined by the limelight received by the teenager, and thus wants to switch ships. Who will he replace at Barcelona?
Barcelona have laid down some conditions
Neymar will not be earning as much as he does now at PSG if he moves to Barcelona. PSG will also have to be given a hefty sum as compensation because their world record transfer fee, shelled out for the Brazilian, surely did not produce enough returns for the Parisian club. Barcelona want to give PSG, Dembele or Rakitic in this transfer deal.
Is this a positive sign for both parties?
Neymar is most probably interested in switching back to Barca because he has realized Ligue 1 will never give him much popularity. Further, PSG are not doing well at all in the Champions League.
