Xavi Hernandez tops the show with 151 appearances for Barcelona
Former Barcelona legend Xavi Hernandez represented the senior team across 17 seasons after coming up the ranks. The current Barca manager made a total of 767 appearances for Barca, scoring 85 goals. He made 151 appearances in the Champions League, scoring 11 goals. The Spaniard went on to win four Champions League titles in 2005-06, 2008-09, 2010-11 and 2014-15 respectively.
Iker Casillas donned Real's shirt 150 times
Iker Casillas made a total of 177 Champions League appearancers. The former Spain goalkeeper clocked 150 appearances for Real Madrid with his remaining 27 matches coming for FC Porto. Casillas owns the second-highest Champions League appearances after Cristiano Ronaldo (183). The legendary keeper ended up with 725 appearances in all competitions for Real. He lifted three Champions League titles (1999-2000, 2001-02, 2013-14).

Muller is the first German player with 150-plus appearances in Europe's premier competition. He made his debut in the competiton back in 2008-09. He has scored 53 goals in addition to making 23 assists. Overall, Muller has represented Bayern Munich in 704 matches, scoring 242 goals. He's won the Champions League twice in 2012-13 and 2019-20 respectively.
Lionel Messi fell one short of 150
Lionel Messi finished with 149 Champions League matches for Barcelona (second-highest after Xavi). Messi, who ended his European journey with Paris Saint-Germain, appeared in 163 UCL games in total. Messi scored 129 UCL goals (second-highest). He holds the record of scoring the most goals for a single club in UCL history (120 for Barca). He won four UCL titles (2005-06, 2008-09, 2010-11, 2014-15).
Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs made a record 145 appearances
Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs had a long career and he made a record 145 Champions League appearances from 1993 to 2014. Giggs, who owns the record number of appearances in all competitons (963), went on to score 168 goals, including 28 in the Champions League. Giggs won two Champions League titles in 1998-99 and 2007-08 respectively.
