Edge destroys Billy Gunn with a single line
Billy Gunn, a Degeneration-X member, could never establish himself as a singles star. Someone who entered the picture almost at the same time, Edge went on to win the King of the Ring in 2001. When Gunn came out to berate him, Edge retorted, "You sound like a human vacuum cleaner, managing to both suck and blow at the same time".
AJ Lee lays down the Bella twins flat
AJ Lee was one of the best female characters, and she was great with the mic as well as carried her gimmick strongly. While in a feud with the Bella twins, she humiliated them by saying "Talent is not sexually transmitted", referring to their personal lives where the twins were dating John Cena and Daniel Bryan. Now that's a nasty jab.
Chris Jericho comes down hard on Stephanie McMahon
Chris Jericho is among the best WWE talkers, and the most brutal of his insults were usually directed towards Stephanie McMahon. Jericho was booked to fight Rhyno from Extreme Championship Wrestling. It was being managed by Stephanie, and on a promo with them, Y2J went brutal, saying, "I'm gonna take care of that smelly, greasy, nasty animal...And I'm gonna get you too Rhyno!".
Tazz insults Jim Ross targeting his physical ailment
Tazz and Jim Ross were commentators of the WWE. In a segment, Tazz insulted JR which has been etched in the minds of fans. He said, "I'd love to slap you across your face, but it looks like God already beat me to it". This was a reference to JR's Bell's palsy, which causes paralysis of facial muscles.
Vince McMahon's greatest insult to his son
McMahon has feuded with his family members on more than one occasion, with his fights with son Shane being the most entertaining. Recently, Vinny Mac claimed he had no son, but his greatest insult to Shane surely was when he said, "I will never, ever forgive your mother for giving birth to you". Doesn't get worse from a father to a son.
