Arjun was included in Mumbai squad for Bapuna Cup
On professional front, Arjun has been grabbing headlines. In August Arjun was included in the Mumbai squad for the Bapuna Cup. It was held in September by the Vidarbha Cricket Association. He was selected based on his performance in the T20 Mumbai League. Playing for Aakash Tigers, Arjun produced his best performance of 3/27 and scored a 24-ball 28 against North Mumbai Panthers.
Arjun was magical with the ball for MCC Young Cricketers
Arjun even put up an impressive show overseas when he played for MCC Young Cricketers. In a match against Surrey 2nd XI, Arjun produced a magical delivery to get rid of opening batsman Nathan Tilley. Bowling over the wicket, Arjun angled it across and the ball swung quite a bit to breach Tilley's defense and shattered the stumps.

Arjun's bowling has impressed selector Milind Rege
Meanwhile, following Arjun's impressive performance in the two tournaments, Mumbai selector Milind Rege has been vastly impressed with him. Notably, he was also the one who had selected Sachin back in his days in 1988. "I don't know of any selector who has selected both father and son. This is just a coincidence that they are both Tendulkar," Rege quoted to India Today.
