Heatwaves across UK force dress code relaxation at Lord's
What's the story
The heatwave in Britain has resulted in a temporary relaxation of the strict dress code for spectators at the Lord's pavilion.
With temperatures soaring above normal and expected to continue this way in weeks to come, the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) has decided to ease the code.
Spectators are usually supposed to wear jackets, but for now it has been relaxed.

What does the MCC dress code state?
The dress code states that men should wear tailored suits or jackets with tie, shirt, shoes and shocks.
Meanwhile, women spectators should wear skirts, dresses or trousers which can be cropped below the knee, along with formal shoes, boots and sandals.
But in Middlesex's Vitality Blast match against Hampshire this week, spectators were told that there's no need to wear jackets owing to heat.
