Although it has been rumored for a long time, a data miner by the name of Lucas7Yoshi has finally gotten his hands on a file that suggests that a suppressed sniper is coming to the game. This long-range killer might be added to the game soon, and will have two different rarities. For both Epic and Legendary variants, the sniper will have different stats.
Damage from one bullet per magazine will vary
According to leaks, the damage from one bullet per magazine will vary. In the Epic variant, damage dealt will be 100 while reload time will be 2.85 seconds. In Legendary variant, damage dealt will be 105 while the reload time is reduced to 2.7 seconds. Notably, there might be a 2.5 times damage multiplier if players manage to headshot their enemies with this sniper.

Reload time is faster than Heavy Sniper Rifle, Bolt-Action Sniper
The new sniper has lower damage than both variants of the Heavy Sniper Rifle, which deals over 150 damage, and the Bolt-Action Sniper, which deals 110 damage. However, the reload time is faster than both these two weapons. Both variants of the Heavy Sniper have a reload time averaging around 4 seconds. The Bolt-Action sniper has a reload time of around 3 seconds.
Suppressed sniper might still become fan favorite
Despite the other snipers dealing more damage than the Suppressed Sniper Rifle, it might still turn out to be a favorite among players. Firstly, compared to the Bolt-Action the damage dealt is not too different. Besides, this sniper will have a quicker reload time and the suppressor will ensure shooters remain undetected while taking out enemies. It could quickly become a popular choice in-game.
