Greek star Stefanos Tsitsipas reached the quarter-final at the 2024 French Open after beating Matteo Arnaldi. The former bounced back after losing the first set to win 3-6, 7-6(4), 6-2, 6-2 in the men's singles fourth-round clash after over three hours. Tsitsipas has earned his fourth quarter-final berth at the French Open. The two-time Grand Slam finalist is still vying for his maiden title.

The Greek had a win percentage of 74 and 54 in the first and second serves, respectively. He won 32 of his 48 net points. Tsitsipas (36) had less unforced errors than Arnaldi (40). The former registered five double-faults.

As mentioned, Tsitsipas has reached the quarter-final at the French Open for the fourth time. He reached the semi-final in 2020, final in 2021, and quarter-final in 2023. "I felt like I could comeback, I felt like there's power within me to turn this match around. When I broke him was the biggest pleasure I've experience in tennis in a very long time because I felt like there is a chance, I felt like now me and the crowd we are on this, so it felt amazing," said Tsitsipas after the match.
